Our Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) training and Phlebotomy training is a comprehensive course designed for medical professionals who wish to add new treatment to their already existing aesthetic portfolio.
We only teach a maximum of 2 delegates at any one time, this is to ensure that you gain confidence and competence to be able to leave the training and start treating your own patients immediately.

What we cover
By the end of the phlebotomy course, candidates will be able to:
- Demonstrate appropriate infection control principles when performing phlebotomy.
- Understand the legal aspects of phlebotomy.
- Use the vacutainer system to collect a blood sample.
- List the potential complications during and after taking blood.
Upon completing Phlebotomy session we will move on to the PRP injections in the following areas:

Hair
- indications for use
- Pre/post hair transplant

- How to optimize hair restoration with combination treatment, oral and topical treatments, clinical researched products

The PRP training course theory will cover the following areas:
- Anatomy
- taking reproducible photographs
- effective communication
- consent and medical history
- treatment techniques
- post treatment advice and aftercare
- avoiding compilations and handling them
- marketing and business development.
What to expect
On the hands-on training day we will recap the theory, and then move on to extensive practical work with live models. Each delegate will have their own model to treat, the model will be yours only to treat. You will do a full consultation taking full medical history and planning their treatment.
You will be giving them advise about complications and aftercare. Delegates will also be required to write up their own notes, this will ensure you will be ready to treat in your own clinic upon completion of the course.

After securing your training slot we will send you our comprehensive “Reading Course Material Notes” which will prepare you to the course beforehand.
All delegates leave with a Certificate of Attendance.
Requirements
We advise our delegates to bring suitable models for the course, so you can monitor/review them after the treatment. Nevertheless, if you are unable to source your training models, we will be happy to provide you with ones from our model database.
